Whether you need help improving existing documentation, creating content for a new product, reviewing your support site, or making your documentation more AI-ready, the more detail you can share, the better I can understand what you need and how I can help.

You don’t need to write anything formal — even rough notes are fine. If you already have existing documentation, examples, screenshots, links, or problem areas, include those too.

It’s helpful if you can include:

• What your product or service does
• Who your users are
• What you need help with
• Any current problems or frustrations
• The tools or platforms you use
• Whether the work is new content, improvements, migration, audits, or strategy
• Any deadlines or timeframes
• Links to your website, support site, or product (if available)

If you’re not completely sure what you need yet, that’s okay too. Just share what you can and I’ll help you work through it.
